IdeaPiece Inc. (hereinafter "Company") complies with applicable privacy laws and regulations to protect users' personal information and rights. We have established and published this Privacy Policy accordingly.
This policy applies to the ARCHIVE-84 service (hereinafter "Service") provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Categories of Personal Information Processed)
The Company processes the following personal information.

- Optional: Name, organization (team name)
2. Information Automatically Collected During Service Use
- IP address
- Access logs, usage records
- Cookies
- Device information (browser type, operating system, etc.)
3. During Payment
- Payment authorization information
- Payment method-related information
4. Document Upload-Related Information
- Document files uploaded by users (PDF, TXT, etc.)
- Text data within documents
Article 3 (Retention and Use Period of Personal Information)
The Company destroys personal information without delay when the purpose of collection and use has been achieved. However, the following items must be retained for the periods specified by applicable laws.

Rights can be exercised through the Service settings or customer center, and the Company will take action without delay in accordance with applicable laws.
Article 8 (Document and AI Training Data Processing)
- Documents uploaded by users are processed as dedicated data for the user or their team.
- Uploaded documents are not used as general training data for external AI models.
- Document data is processed only for service provision purposes such as RAG-based responses and summarization.
- When a member withdraws or deletes documents, the relevant data is immediately deleted.
Article 9 (Measures to Ensure Personal Information Security)
The Company takes the following technical and administrative measures to protect personal information:
- Encrypted storage of personal information
- Minimization and management of access rights
- Operation of security systems
- Regular security audits
Article 10 (Use of Cookies)
The Company may use cookies for service provision and improvement. Users can refuse cookie storage through browser settings.
